About The Memorial

The now historical Donor Memorial was dedicated in 2017 as a place to honor and remember the deceased donors and heroes in spirit within Lifeline of Ohio’s service area. The Memorial reached full capacity in June 2026, and no additional names can be engraved.

To continue honoring every legacy, Lifeline of Ohio created an online memorial where each donor hero can have a dedicated page for memories, photos and tributes.
